Terrible communication. I was looking to buy a vehicle and scheduled for a test drive. But the day before the test drive, a co-worker of the dealer had told me he had already sold the vehicle. Yet later that night at around 6PM the dealer of the vehicle emailed me and said that it was in fact available. Confused and upset I replied asking for clarity and told them about my confusion. The dealer then said he would check the status of the vehicle and get back to me, which he did not do.
Very easy to deal with . I would recomend Donegan and the group at Don Wheatons to anyone who is in the market for a car.
Have dealt with this dealership on two separate vehicles. Our sales rep Nella was terrific. We have high standards for vehicles , what we expect and the dealership took the time to meet our needs. Robyn & Jon were great as well. If you need a car see Nella! She will work her heart out for you.

Scotty made the whole process easy and he went out of his way to help me find a replacement vehicle. We picked it up the following weekend and are delighted with our purchase. lf l had one minor thing to say, it would be that the 2 sets of keys did not come with any key fob. A nice Don Wheaton Cadillac one for each set would have been a nice gesture. That said l highly recommend this dealership.

Worst dealership I’ve ever encountered. They sold me a used Ford Transit that had been in an accident which they didn’t disclose. And then they would not reimburse me for a competent service shop to fix the defects. Critical defects such as the steering rack that had been damaged when the van had hit the ditch.
The Carfax report was silent on that. They raved up their pre-delivery “inspection” which proved to be all lies. Don’t trust these guys for a nanosecond when they say something has been completed on any vehicle.

We purchased a 2024 Escalade. Ill start with some positives that do not reflect the 1 star rating:
- Lauren, our sales rep. Was beyond amazing. She was not pushy or trying to force a sale on us and helped us find exactly what we wanted.
-We dealt with Chantal for financing, she went nothing short of above and beyond to help us, was very professional and ensured our process was stress-free.
If you absolutely want to purchase a vehicle from here, i would 100% request to deal with Lauren and Chantal for the entire process.

Scotty and the managers have xxxxing horrible customer service. Drove out there to see a vehicle and had a meeting with Scotty at 11:00 and he was nowhere to be found and the vehicle was sold the day before. After calling the dealership every person blames it on someone else which is such a chicken xxxx way of dealing with this. Be a man and fess up with your screwup
Scott Johnson is professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He answered all my questions as I worked through my decision to purchase. He was not pushy, as I have frequently experienced at some dealerships (a definite turn off!). He is just a nice guy doing a great job as a salesman. Go see him, you'll thank me!

Awesome dealership. Martin my sales rep was exceptional and extremely nice. He went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. He provided all the necessary details about my vehicle, from start to finish. Overall, the quality of the service at this dealership, was top-notch.

wish I could make it zero stars. I travelled 3hrs to purchase a vehicle and upon getting there they tried to sell me a vehicle with damaged lifters. Treated well, didn't like when asking the sales Manger questions about why we have to buy 2to3k in warranty on a used vehicle if it was compulsory and he just talked around it. Now I have warranty that is likely not good where I live and have to go to the city to use it which takes a whole day for me.I wanted a payment of $400 or less and it ended up being 564 and if they had told me for 20 more I could have bought a xt4 new with full warranty. Visiting Edmonton from out of province we suddenly found our selves with a vehicle not drivable. We contacted Don Wheaton Chevrolet. Although they were booked solid the service writer said to bring the vehicle to them and they would do their best to get us in asap. I found this dealership to be very disappointing, the Cadillac we purchased was not clean …after i pointed out the headlight not cleaned from glue the second time still wasn’t cleaned, interior still have glue from stickers on the door .. the headliner wasn’t clean… no carpet or seats freshened up… mats thrown in on the unclean carpets … window shield had to be cleaned by us before we could drive … over charged for floor mats my understanding Nick was including them in price of the vehicle .. and I feel we were over charged on the under coat… my understanding ... Worst experience we’ve have ever had. Tires were mounted incorrectly when purchased and we took it in for service the female was laughing in the inspection video about that and when we told them we purchased the vehicle there they would not honour fixing the problem made lots of excuses but when we read the certification inspection checklist it says that was checked I guess that is not true.
